Activity
This section is your workspace's own history — what happened to your documents, how processing finished, and what changed in your configuration. Select Audit Logs in the navigation — the name the browser tab uses too — and the page that opens is headed Activity: one screen with two names, so you are in the right place. Under the heading it reads Immutable record of all actions within your tenant.
Each entry is one line you can read at a glance, and on a wide screen the columns are labelled When, Event, Item, Who and Record. Four pills narrow the feed — Everything, Documents, Processing and Configuration — alongside a time range, a search by document name, and a newest-or-oldest order.
What it records, and what it does not
Recorded: your document history — uploads, imports, reviews, field corrections, reprocessing, version switches, exports and deletions; how each document finished and where it was delivered; and changes to your extractors, classifiers, queues and folders. Not recorded, deliberately: no service names, no severity ratings, no correlation ids and no raw before-and-after payloads ever reach your workspace. The one opaque value on screen is Reference, shown when you expand an entry, and it is what to quote if you need help with a specific line.
An entry marked Verified carries a record that is hash-chained, so it cannot have been altered since it was written.
